ANDREW'S GUESTBOOK |
Aug,13--Dear O.R,
Is it possible to pass on a message to Andrew by e-mail direct to
him? If not can you tell him get rowing a bit faster there's a pint of cool Guinness
sitting on the bar at Rosie O'Gradys with his name on it, and it's getting warm.
Lots of love and best wishes
Big Steve
Aug,10--Tom...got msg. You're right. Don't let Andrew get
seduced into getting west
too soon. With the prevailing SE winds down south, I've always believed I
couldn't get enough South in the bank. He can always come back up when need
be. 35 South is a long way down there. Steady on to you guys. Holler anytime.

(Andrew:
Good tidings from Mick Bird. My read on charts and currents is
you
should continue more to South than West to go non-stop to Sydney. If you go
West too soon you may end up in Hawaii. Let's ask Mick what he thinks. take
care...
Tom

Aug,10--Please tell Andrew we are watching every stroke
and well done - well
started! That's halfway there! Pull! - and do enjoy it while you are
out there!
We also appreaciate greetings and comments re Tori and Diana's row. But
Sept 12th or so should be very, very safe. No hurricanes on that side of
the Atlantic.

Aug,09--Tom,
Hope you're well; our log book looks great on the site - great job!
Like many, I'm closely following Andrew's progress from San Diego and was
wondering if you could forward my best wishes to him. Just wanted to let him
know that lots of us are thinking of him: last w/e I was at a party in
London and made everyone shut up to toast him! I have no doubt he'll
succeed. Cheers mate,
Kind regards,
