Yacht name: ‘Nauri’ from Great Britain. Destination – St. Lucia. Skipper not happy with doldrums. Have been motoring for 28hrs. Believes from experience that wind will come back soon. Cuts talk off as has to have sun downer… bustard!

Brett knocked over by wave – hit corner of transom on buttock and rib cage– bad bruise on ass, ribs sensitive.

Took 20 litres of water from ballast for drinking.

Wind 30 knots, gusting 40 knots. Rain – rush 4 20 minutes

 Brett starts rowing after both sleeping 4 some hrs due to horrible rowing conditions.

Brett dreamt of emails

 Ate double soup together then celebrated 500N.M. to Bar with dram of whisky. Both slept again.

Scott got up and rowed through sunrise. Doradas jumping everywhere.

 Breakfast with raspberry crumble 2 celebrate 500N.M.

Scott scraped hull, very little weed so it is no excuse for slow speeds. Doradas checking him out and sizing him up for lunch.
