Brixham Sea School Training Course

Cost:               £600 per person inc VAT. Plus £30 license fee for radio license.

Date:               8 days in May and/or June – subject to attendees requirements

Attendees:       Limited to 4 for the 5-day Yachtmaster Ocean Theory. Up to 8 for the other courses.

Duration:         8 days to run all courses together. 5 for Yachtmaster Ocean and one day each for the other courses.

Brixham Sea School instructors have been involved with ocean rowing teams since 2006 and the team hopes to provide an extra Q&A session with a former ocean rower, free of charge, during the courses.

Ocean Rowers are normally required to complete the following courses prior to departure – whether they are part of an organized event or not. These are the courses and qualifications that have been accepted by the authorities to date. They are the British versions (the RYA is globally recognised) but other national equivalents may be permitted.
