The ORS Int. is the official adjudicator of ocean rowing records for Guinness World Records

In order to confirm the record of the fastest speed of ocean rowboat in 24 hours, claimed by team ORCA (Dec 24-25 2007)
we had to re-check the record of the boat All Relative, set on Dec 5th - Dec 6th 2005.
According to the  website of the Atlantic Rowing Race 2005 the positions of All Relative  on December 5th and December 6th were as follows:
23.761N 22.985W - 19:21 Dec 5th 2005
23.322N 24.793W - 22:21 Dec 6th 2005

The distance rowed in 27 hours (from 19:21 Dec 5th 2005 till 22:21 Dec 6th 2005)  was 119 miles (191 km) (103n/m)

Average speed per hour - 4.407 miles, which makes 13.22 miles in 3 hours

119 miles (27 hours) - 13 miles (3 hours) = 106 miles in 24 hours
