Congratulations to Rachel and Rob Hamill on Arrival of Declan Kennedy !!!

Better late than never.
Here it is, what you've all been waiting for - those of you that is, who knew about the arrival of our second child.
Declan Kennedy arrived Tuesday 8th June at 10.55am after an hour long labour! First time around, before Finn was born, Rachel said she'd open an umbrella up Rob's butt if pain relieve was not administered NOW! This time the rapid delivery did not allow any chance for pain relieve to be considered and did Rob hear about it! As did the nursing staff down the hall.
Declan (named after his paternal Grandmothers brother) Kennedy (after his maternal Grandmothers maiden name, also sported by his mother as her middle name) weighed in at 8ob 4oz, has dark hair and his mothers olive complexion. He's lovely and gaining weight fast.
The first two photos were taken by the Waikato Times for a promo we did for the upcoming Great Race Masquerade Ball (get your tickets on www.theball.co.nz !!) Declan was born nine months to the day after last years Ball.
The other photo is big bro Finn hangin' with the new kid on the block.
