Louisville). He told me of your current adventure, but have just this morning
read the latest in the Courier Journal (I live in Bloomington, IN). I admire
the planning and preparation you have made for this trip, but most of all your
courage. Although this is not something I would ever consider for myself,
being more interested in the weather that you have experienced on your trip
(having served as a meteorologist in the Air Force), I hope that you will
include these kinds of details in a book which I hope will be available in the
