first rower and team captain is Pedro
RIPOL,
resident in Los Cristianos, Tenerife south. He is a renown
adventurer with experiences such as crossing the Sahara dessert
(Argelia, 1989), trekking in the Himalaya Mountains, Everest area
(Nepal, 1999), Volunteer fireman since 1992, yacht patron and he
has sailed in the Atlantic and Mediterranean in several
opportunities, as well as other adventure and sportive
experiences. |

pilot, he has sailed 8 months in the "Crucero de InstrucciСn
B.E. Esmeralda" in 1987, he is also a Volunteer Fireman since
1993 and Crew Boss since 1999. He has raised over Southamerica and
Southafrica in 1980. |
