for Maidenhead Rowing Club and Desborough School in sculls,
fours and eights. Other sports include mountain biking and
flying - gliders, fixed wing power and gyroplane rotor craft.

| Dominic's
company 'The Producers' was based in London and Burnham,
Berks. For 15 years it provided marketing communication and
conference services to companies which included Procter
& Gamble (more than 20 brands) Lotus Software and Dunlop
Slazenger International. |

Dominic
aims to become a qualified gyroplane flying instructor on
his return from the race.

| Experienced
ocean going sailor. Other sports include climbing, skiing,
biking, league level roller hockey and windsurfing. Gary has
excelled at every sport he had attempted and ocean rowing
will be no exception. His experience as an engineer in the
merchant navy is also proving very valuable. |
| Gary
has worked in the fast moving world of commercial radio and
has recently used this experience to run temporary radio
stations for disadvantaged groups in the Weymouth area.
These have proved highly successful in motivating young
people and instilling confidence. |
| On
returning from the race, Dominic will be teaching Gary to
fly! |
