The Ocean Rowing Society Int. is announcing
its latest schedule of this year seminars
to assist future
ocean rowers
in their preparation for an ocean row.
All aspects of ocean rowing will be discussed,
starting with raising money, training, buying and equipping the boat;
in a word - from technical to physical and psychological aspect of row.
Seminars will be held at the
ORS (Int.) Head Quarters
22 Oxgate Gardens London NW2 6EB
every first Saturday of each month
at 1.00pm
