(the First woman oceanrower:

 situated at the Hyde Park end of Piccadilly (127 Piccadilly)

Presentation of "Certificate of Accomplishment"  to all oceanrowers
that completed their rows in recent years and in the past;
 Guinness World Records Certificates,  presented by the Head of Global Editorial
 Graig Glenday
